DomeCastMedia provides an immersive streaming and social platform that lets venues create and publish branded 3D "domes". You are responsible for the content you upload and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it to harass others.
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant DomeCastMedia the licence needed to host, display and deliver that content as part of operating the service.
We work to keep the service available and may update, suspend or discontinue features. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, DomeCastMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
